This is the second instance I've read today about the sorrows of someone approaching their 50th birthday and looking back at their life, aspirations, and things they 'did not'/'could not' do.

I've still got a couple years to hit the half-century mark, even though my brain would argue otherwise, but these two passages I read today are really hitting home...

Making me a bit pensive but also making me take a long hard look at what really matters.

I'm going to read this book...
