I enjoyed reading your article. I like the idea of mindful snacking. I tried it sometime back but in a slightly different way. I tried being aware of what I am eating and affirm that it give my body nutrition and energy. But it did not work very well. I got bored of the routine after some time.

I like your description of mindful snacking, more. It's not just about observing what I am eating but actually understanding what need the snack fulfills and then making conscious a conscious choice in what I select to eat and the environment or company I choose to have my snack. This feels like it is more fun and powerful.
