Try this simple exercise:
Close your eyes and put your attention in your heart or naval. Now feel the space where you have put your attention until you can feel a little vibration. Then expand your attention to cover your entire body and breathe until you can feel something tangible. Maybe a vibration in your body or just a subtle feeling. From this point, every conscious breath you take will cleanse your energy and deposit more energy in your account.
It’s important to fill yourself with your own energy because not having enough of it will make you susceptible to anxiety or even worse you might attune with the energies of other people or the trends of society. And then, instead of living your own life, you might be swept away in the current of someone else’s patterns.
On the other hand, filling yourself with your own energy will have a positive impact on your physical and mental well-being and make you less vulnerable to outside influences.
If this is done in nature, the benefit is significantly magnified.
So breathe consciously and think of every breath as an investment — a coin you are putting in your energetic piggy bank.
